About Lynda Amadagana

Lynda Amadagana is the founding and managing partner of Amadagana & Partners. Admitted to both the Cameroon and Paris Bars, she advises sponsors, investors, lenders and public entities on project development, project finance, corporate transactions and regulatory matters, particularly in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors. Before founding A&P, she worked with leading international law firms in Paris, including Orrick, Clifford Chance, Simmons & Simmons and Reed Smith, and gained in-house experience with EDF Group. Lynda is regularly involved in major cross-border transactions across the OHADA region and is consistently recognised by international legal directories.
