About Lama Abumansour

Lama Abumansour is a senior associate at KNP, with experience in corporate, commercial, data protection and intellectual property matters. She holds an LL.M. from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she obtained a dual degree in Business Law and Law and Technology. Lama has worked at international law firms in Jeddah, advising local and international clients on data protection compliance, technology transactions, intellectual property licensing, commercial agreements and regulatory matters. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial and data processing agreements, conducting legal due diligence, advising on privacy, cybersecurity and intellectual property matters, as well as corporate transactions and contracts.
