About Ashleigh Bruce

Ashleigh Bruce is a partner at AX Law who focuses on M&A and corporate transactions in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. She regularly advises international and regional clients on all aspects of corporate transactional matters, particularly in the fintech sector, including digital wallets, digital banks and paytech companies. This includes advising corporates, investors, founders and management teams on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate structuring, joint ventures and general corporate advisory matters. Prior to joining AX Law, Ashleigh worked for international law firms in Dubai and Edinburgh.
