About Rogério Alves

Rogério Alves founded Rogério Alves & Associados in 2013. As managing partner and head of the fraud and white-collar crime department, he has been a lawyer for over 30 years and is a former chairman of the Portuguese Bar Association. Rogério established himself in the legal market by actively pursuing major social and legal causes in Portugal and abroad, granting him a good national and international reputation. He is known for his participation before the general public in defence of all fundamental rights, particularly citizens’ civil rights. His professional activity includes general litigation, with particular emphasis on criminal and white-collar criminal law.
