Miguel Cordeiro is a partner at EY Law – Sociedade de Advogados, SP, S.A. and has over 16 years’ experience in the financial sector, with a particular focus on investment vehicles. His practice includes the incorporation and supervision of real estate and private equity AIFs, the licensing and governance of AIFMs, and legal advice to credit institutions, financial intermediaries, AIFMs, insurance intermediaries and other authorised financial institutions operating in Portugal. Miguel provides ongoing regulatory support on the implementation of local and European financial sector rules, including UCITS VI, AIFMD II and DORA.
