Amanda Rasmussen is a director in Secretariat’s global investigations and disputes practice. Based in Hong Kong, she conducts asset tracing, due diligence and business intelligence investigations across Asia-Pacific. An experienced investigator based in the region for more than 20 years, including roles in Melbourne, Beijing and Hong Kong, she supports clients on matters involving fraud, misappropriation of assets, conflicts of interest, IP infringement and cyber fraud. She specialises in gathering and analysing intelligence and works with external counsel, regulators, financial institutions, multinational corporations and high net worth individuals on complex cross-border matters.
