About Andrea Farì

Andrea Farì is a partner of Ambientalex. He is a cassation lawyer with a PhD in Administrative Law, Researcher RTT in Administrative Law at Pegaso Telematic University and a contract Professor of Environmental Law at the LUMSA University of Rome. He was deputy head of the legislative office of the Ministry for the Environment and Protection of Land and Sea, legal adviser to the Minister of the Environment in several legislatures, and consultant to the Bicameral Ecomafie Commission. A lecturer in university master’s degrees and training courses, he is the author of monographs and publications in journals, focusing on administrative law and environmental law.
