About Eugenio Fidelbo

Eugenio Fidelbo is an associate in Ambientalex’s Rome office. Eugenio counsels companies and undertakings on the regulatory aspects of waste management, production of renewable energy, air protection and atmospheric emissions, covering a wide range of issues related to environmental and climate change matters (the IPPC, environmental assessments and permits, etc). From 2019 to 2020, he was a member of a study committee set up by the Italian Ministry for the Environment. Eugenio holds a PhD in Administrative and European Environmental Law and is a post-doc researcher in Administrative Law. He publishes scientific contributions on environmental and administrative law.
