About Francesco Fonderico

Francesco Fonderico is a partner of Ambientalex in the Rome office. Francesco, administrative lawyer since 1995, provides legal assistance in environmental matters, both extra-judicial and judicial (including higher courts). In a wide range of projects, Francesco counsels companies on the regulatory aspects related to environmental and climate change matters (emission trading system, environmental permits, waste management, etc). His area of expertise includes interacting with public authorities by adopting a multi-disciplinary approach. He has published about 90 contributions and is a professor of environmental law at the Department of Law of the LUISS University of Rome since 2017.
