About Francesco Fonderico

Francesco Fonderico is a partner at Ambientalex, based in the Rome office. Francesco has been an administrative lawyer since 1995 and assists clients in environmental matters, both extrajudicial and judicial (including higher courts). Francesco counsels companies on the regulatory aspects of environmental and climate change matters (emissions trading system, environmental permits, waste management, etc). He specialises in interacting with public authorities through adopting a multidisciplinary approach. He has been published widely on environmental law and has been a professor of the subject at the Department of Law of the LUISS University of Rome since 2017.
