About Thu Nguyen

Thu Nguyen is a legal consultant at Asia Legal, currently working in the fields of personal data protection and Arbitration. She holds an LLB in International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a certificate of completion of the lawyer training from the Judicial Academy, Ministry of Justice. Thu currently supports associates in performing specialised legal advisory services in the field of personal data protection for Vietnamese and FDI enterprises. With five years of working experience at a leading arbitration and mediation institution of Vietnam, Thu has expertise in dispute resolution and supports associates in advising businesses on arbitration proceedings in domestic and cross-border disputes.
