About The Nghiem

The Nghiem is a junior associate at Asia Legal, with a strong track record representing parties in a broad range of arbitral disputes in Vietnam and in cross-border matters involving Vietnamese and foreign counterparties. Notably, he was instructed to represent one Respondent in a thermal power plant construction dispute with a claim value exceeding USD100 million. He holds a Bachelor of Laws in business law from the National Economics University, where he is currently pursuing an MBA, equipping him to combine rigorous legal analysis with commercial and financial insight in resolving complex commercial arbitration matters.
