About Vinh Luu

Vinh Luu is the founder and managing partner of Asia Legal, a business law firm with strong expertise and in-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s political culture and legal developments in Vietnam. Vinh Luu is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (Singapore) and an arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission (China), the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (Dubai) and Beihai Arbitration Commission/Beihai Court of International Arbitration (China). He is an accredited mediator for the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (UK) and Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Centre (Vietnam) and a visiting lecturer of the Judicial Academy of Vietnam, a body established under the MOJ to provide professional training for judges, lawyers, bailiffs, notaries and other officials in Vietnam.
