About Florent Vever
Florent Vever
is a founding partner of Tactics. He advises and assists businesses in various economic sectors with regard to anti-competitive practices (specialised advice and litigation, private enforcement, dawn raids, etc), merger control (French and European) and defends them in all economic litigation cases. Florent is a lecturer in the Master 2 European Business and Competition Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (he teaches the “merger control” course) and at the Paris Bar School (“EFB”).
