About Thomas Picot

Thomas Picot is a founding partner of Tactics. He advises and assists groups and businesses in French and European competition law: competition inquiries, dawn raids, disputes over cartels and abuse of dominant position, merger control, state aid, competition litigation. He is also specialised in the area of compliance. Thomas is a lecturer at Sciences Po Paris (international and comparative antitrust law and international competition litigation); he also teaches oratory techniques at the French War College (“Ecole de guerre”) and the Navy Centre for Strategic Studies. He is a reserve commander in the French Navy.
