About Kyung Min Son

Kyung Min Son joined Lee & Ko in 2011. His practice focuses on TMT-related laws and regulations such as licensing, interconnection and privacy protection issues and he represents domestic and international telecommunications companies, media companies, and financial institutions. Mr Son’s expertise also extends to M&A transactions, including share purchases, asset purchases, and other corporate matters. He currently serves as a member of the AI Privacy Policy Council of the Personal Information Protection Commission.
