About Hyunjun Kim

Hyunjun Kim is a partner in Lee & Ko’s TMT group and has specialised in technology, media and telecommunications, data privacy and cybersecurity, and M&A since 2006. He has advised major Korean telecommunications providers and broadcasting companies on regulatory matters, including interconnection charges disputes and network operations. Mr Kim has notable expertise in the healthcare sector, advising Seoul National University Hospital and other major Korean hospitals on international healthcare services. He serves on the Personal Data De-identification Adequacy Evaluation Committee of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
