About Kojo Amoako

Kojo Amoako is a senior associate at Ferociter and a member of the firm’s transactions and advisory practice group. Kojo has extensive experience advising clients on various transactions within banking and finance, energy and financial technology – including Manocap Energy UK, Africa Solved and Africa Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIM), regarding the renewable energy sector in Ghana. Before joining Ferociter, Kojo worked in the transactions and advisory group of a leading Accra firm. His core practice areas include energy, corporate law, M&A, finance, banking and technology law. He is a solicitor and barrister, and a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He is a Ghana School of Law alumnus and holds an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
