He has practised law for more than seven years. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia (2017) and is qualified to practise law in Indonesia. Fatya has advised high-profile clients on major transactions and projects, particularly in highly regulated sectors and in the context of state-owned enterprise groups. He has also advised Indonesian self-regulatory bodies in the capital and money markets, and has assisted various companies within the PLN Group and Pertamina Group.
