About Fatya Alesi

Fatya Alesi is a senior associate at Nusantara Legal Partnership specialising in general corporate matters, M&A and project development. He has more than seven years of experience as a corporate lawyer and worked at top-tier law firms before joining NLP. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia and is qualified to practise law in Indonesia. Fatya has extensive experience assisting clients with major transactions and projects across various sectors, particularly energy, mining, oil and gas, and transportation. His experience also includes advising Indonesian self-regulatory bodies in the capital and money markets, as well as various SOE groups.
