About Marshall Situmorang

Marshall Situmorang is an Indonesian-qualified lawyer and the founding partner of Nusantara Legal Partnership. He advises multinationals, conglomerates and global companies across sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals, logistics, finance, media, food and beverages, and consumer goods. He has more than 14 years of experience in private practice, including at a leading global law firm, and has also gained in-house exposure as Contract Management Manager at one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia. Marshall earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia and an LL.M. in Corporate Finance Law from the University of Westminster, United Kingdom.
