About Marshall Situmorang

Marshall Situmorang is an Indonesian-qualified lawyer and the founding partner of Nusantara Legal Partnership. He advises multinationals, conglomerates and global companies across sectors including technology, pharmaceuticals, logistics, finance, media, F&B and consumer goods. He has more than 14 years of experience in private practice, including at a leading global law firm and he has gained exposure as contract management manager at one of the biggest pharmaceutical company in Indonesia. Marshall earned his Bachelor of Law from the University of Indonesia and an LLM in Corporate Finance Law from the University of Westminster, United Kingdom.
