About Luca Dejan

Luca Dejan is a founding partner of VD Law Group and leads the real estate and construction practice. He advises listed investment vehicles, international developers, retail operators, ultra-high net worth individuals and proptech platforms on complex real estate transactions and strategic asset structuring. Luca’s practice covers the full life cycle of real estate projects. He regularly advises on SPV and fund structuring under AIFMD, MiCA and foreign direct investment screening regimes, and on innovative models such as tokenised real estate and crowdfunding platforms. On the litigation side, he represents investors and developers in high-stakes disputes involving lease termination, construction claims, enforcement proceedings, shareholder conflicts and asset recovery.
