About Yulong Lai

Yulong Lai is a partner at Shihui Partners who specialises in commercial dispute resolution and frequently represents clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings. His experience includes handling disputes relating to joint ventures, international sale of goods, OEM agreements, service contracts, construction projects, and shareholder and corporate governance issues. He has extensive experience in handling arbitration cases administered by CIETAC, BAC, SCIA, Guangzhou Arbitration Commission, HKIAC, SIAC, SCC and arbitration cases under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. He is also an arbitrator of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration Jiangmen (Jiangmen Arbitration Commission) and a mediator of the Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center.
