About Yegân Liaje

Yegân Liaje has 20 years of significant transactional and regulatory experience in M&A projects, particularly in relation to energy, infrastructure, transportation, metals and mining, construction, healthcare and banking. Before establishing LINER LAW, Yegân led the Corporate/M&A department of a leading Turkish law firm, where she represented mainly international clients in M&A, joint ventures, tender offers, asset purchases and privatisations. Yegân was awarded a Fulbright scholarship to pursue law studies at the George Washington University Law School, where she received an LLM degree. Yegân’s second LLM degree is in corporate law and was awarded by Galatasaray University, where she also completed her undergraduate legal education.
