About Zeynep Şener

Zeynep Şener has been active in top-tier M&A and competition practice since 2012. She has comprehensive experience of advising international clients on cross-border investments in the renewable energy, mining, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, industrial manufacturing, transportation, e-commerce and financial sectors. Prior to co-founding LINER LAW, Zeynep was a partner in the Corporate/M&A department of a leading Turkish law firm, advising on commercial and M&A transactions and heading the firm’s competition practice. She represents clients in merger clearance notifications and negative clearance/exemption applications before the Turkish Competition Board and advises on vertical and horizontal agreements. Zeynep is a US-qualified lawyer, having received her law degree from Harvard University.
