Enrique Martin is the managing partner of Winston & Strawn LLP’s Miami office. He has more than 30 years' experience of representing clients in the United States, Europe and Latin America on cross-border M&A, private equity, joint venture, restructuring, securities and capital raising transactions. His experience covers a variety of industries, including transportation, media, telecommunications, energy and infrastructure, and financial services. He has also assisted numerous Latin American and European companies in establishing and expanding their operations in the United States and Latin America.
