Lana Massad is a partner at Al Akeel & Partners, advising Saudi and international corporates, financial institutions, investors and project stakeholders on commercial, transactional and regulatory matters. Her practice covers complex commercial contracts, infrastructure and energy projects, cross-border transactions, joint ventures and strategic investments. She advises on structuring, negotiating and reviewing project and commercial agreements, including EPC, supply, maintenance and service arrangements, with particular emphasis on risk allocation, enforceability, liability and remedies. Lana leads complex mandates across infrastructure, energy, logistics, manufacturing and technology, coordinating legal and commercial workstreams and advising on Saudi regulatory requirements and engagement with relevant government authorities.
