About Helena Kalmanlehto

Helena Kalmanlehto is a counsel, attorney-at-law at Lieke and specialises in conflict management and commercial dispute resolution, especially in construction. Kalmanlehto advises clients on all phases of legal conflicts in several fields of law and industries, such as real property, construction and engineering, supply agreements and trade, shareholders’ and share purchase agreements, insolvency situations and protection of creditors’ rights, as well as general contract law, damages and liability issues. She has trained in the District Court and Court of Appeals and is an approved mediator for the Finnish Bar Association.
