About Panu Vasama

Panu Vasama is a senior associate, attorney-at-law at Lieke. He specialises in matters related to the energy and construction industries, such as drafting and negotiating project agreements and agreements on the sale and purchase of energy. He also advises on energy market regulation matters and manages transactions in the energy sector, as well as provides legal advice for project owners, including claim management and analysis of complex project law issues. Panu has recently been involved in the development and implementation of many significant energy and construction projects with carbon reduction targets, and has particular expertise in renewable hydrogen as well as in LNG and waste-to-energy projects. Panu has previous experience as an in-house legal counsel in an international energy company.
