About Francisco Grob

Francisco Grob is a partner at Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution. Before joining the firm, Francisco worked for more than seven years for ICSID at the World Bank offices in Washington, DC, where he was secretary of numerous international tribunals in investor-state disputes under the rules of ICSID, the Additional Facility and UNCITRAL. Francisco has extensive experience in international arbitrations (the ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and Stockholm Chamber of Commerce) and local procedures (CAM Santiago). He is a professor of private international law at the University of Chile, as well as the author of numerous publications and a frequent speaker at specialised conferences.
