About Rodrigo Gil

Rodrigo Gil is a founding partner of Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution. He has more than 20 years of experience in international commercial arbitration under the most relevant rules and arbitral institutions (ICC, UNCITRAL, SCC, AAA). Rodrigo is an expert in large-scale construction disputes (bridges, airports, power plants, mining infrastructure, highways, among others). He has been lead counsel in investment disputes under the ICSID rules, representing both investors and states. In Chile, he is one of the most active litigators and is considered a leading personality in arbitration with participation in more than 100 procedures.
