About Clémence Lapôtre

Clémence Lapôtre specialises in intellectual property and information technology, with more than eight years of experience as an associate at Gowling WLG. Her expertise includes IP (patents, trade marks, designs and copyright), IT (internet, software, IT contracts, domain names), data protection, art and entertainment law and unfair competition. Clémence works across a large range of industry sectors and, as principal and senior associate, has developed notable experience in litigation, including in complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes in patent infringement cases. She is a member of AIPPI, LES, Institut Stanislas de Boufflers and Art et Droit.
