Marcelo Junqueira Inglez de Souza
is a partner specialising in litigation and arbitration, with focus on intellectual property, life sciences & biotechnology, media, sports and entertainment. He is a visiting professor at a number of institutions and assistant professor of Procedural Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). He takes part in the list of arbitrators at the Brazilian Chamber of Arbitration in Public Administration, at Italy-Brazilian Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration (Italacam), at the Eurocâmaras Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration (CAE) and is a member of the Study Group on Intellectual Property, Arbitration and Mediation of Comitê Brasileiro de Arbitragem (CBAr), as well as the Study Group on Arbitration of the Centro de Estudos das Sociedades de Advogados (CESA). He has authored numerous publications on the subject of arbitration.
