Anchal Nanda has around eight years of professional experience in aviation leasing and financing, and is presently involved with KLA Legal’s aviation and asset finance practice. She has vast experience in handling cross-border transactions and insolvency and bankruptcy matters, which includes representing operational and financial creditors, filing claims before the court-appointed resolution professional and recovery of debt. She has been extensively involved in the GoFirst insolvency, Jet Airways repossession and bankruptcy-related matters. She is also involved with the ambitious GIFT City project of the government of India.
