About Kelvin Ng

Kelvin Ng is the managing partner of Vin Cheng & Co and has over 20 years’ experience in dispute resolution, particularly in construction and shareholders’ disputes. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Malaysia Institute of Arbitrators, as well as a panel arbitrator and panel adjudicator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). He is also a contributor to Janab’s Practice and Legal Remedies (2nd Ed), ranked Band 4 in Construction by Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific 2026, and runs Obiter.MY, a YouTube channel focused on the development of the Malaysian legal scene.
