About Lee Sze Ying

Lee Sze Ying is a partner at Vin Cheng & Co and has over nine years’ experience in dispute resolution, with a focus on construction, corporate and commercial disputes. Her practice includes arbitration, adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA) and court litigation. She regularly acts for developers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, companies and commercial clients in disputes arising from construction and infrastructure projects, shareholders’ disputes, and other commercial and contractual matters.
