Tan Min Lee
is a partner at Vin Cheng & Co and has substantial experience in construction disputes and the commercial aspects of real estate development projects. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Chamber (Malaysia), and is also an adjudicator certified and empanelled with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). She is well recognised for her experience in resolving disputes under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA).
