About Manuel Ferreira Mendes

Manuel Ferreira Mendes is the founding partner of Paramount Legal and has been advising national and international clients in employment and corporate law for more than 15 years. He has extensive experience providing legal advice to national and international companies on all aspects of employment, including restructuring processes, internal investigations, and dismissals. Manuel is also an active member of several national and international lawyers’ associations, namely, President of the Lisbon Regional Office of the National Association of Young Portuguese Lawyers (ANJAP), Chairman of the Board of the General Meeting, founding member of JALP, an associate of AIJA, and Vice President of the Labour & Immigration Law Commission of AIJA.
