About Seth J. Rutman

Seth J. Rutman is a partner at Rafool, PLLC, admitted to practice in Florida, New York and New Jersey, and before the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He concentrates on complex family law matters, including equitable distribution of high net worth estates, parenting and time-sharing disputes, and international and domestic relocation, as well as appellate work and defamation actions. Before joining Rafool, PLLC, he practised commercial litigation and nursing home malpractice in New York. Mr Rutman is a member of the Florida Bar’s Family Law Section and was selected to the Florida Super Lawyers list in 2025.
