About Elisa Otto

Elisa Otto is an associate in LEXR’s FinReg team in Berlin, advising on fintech, blockchain and digital asset regulation. Before joining LEXR, she was part of the legal team at a German fintech specialising in the tokenisation of securities, building the regulatory and corporate framework for digital asset products. Prior to that, she advised national and international clients on subsidies and state aid law in management consulting. Her current focus areas include regulatory structuring, digital asset compliance and the commercial contracts underlying fintech operations.
