About Lars Fidan

Lars Fidan is a partner at LEXR based in Berlin, specialising in German and EU financial regulation with a particular focus on crypto-assets, MiCA and fintech licensing. Lars advises companies on commercial contracts, the legal aspects of technological innovation and the regulatory structuring of B2B and B2C business models. Before joining LEXR in 2022, he gained extensive experience at leading law firms in Germany. He regularly advises on BaFin licensing procedures, anti-money laundering compliance and the regulatory classification of digital assets.
