About Stephan D. Meyer

Stephan D. Meyer is a partner at LEXR, leading the international blockchain practice. He is an internationally recognised expert in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure and fintech regulation. He has advised leading crypto and DeFi projects, as well as financial institutions, on large-scale tokenisation and digital securities structures for many years, and has authored a multiple award-winning dissertation on blockchain and securities law. As co-founder and former CLO of Obligate, Stephan co-developed a global DLT platform for electronic securities, giving him first-hand experience in scaling regulated technology products. He combines regulatory precision with entrepreneurial thinking and advises tech companies on navigating complex financial regulation.
