About Joseph Kim

Joseph Kim is a partner at Platt Richmond PLLC focusing on commercial real estate transactions and related finance and corporate matters. He advises real estate clients as both legal counsel and a business adviser on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing, where he developed experience across a range of commercial real estate asset types – particularly self-storage, industrial, retail and multi-family assets. He earned his JD cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law.
