About Jesse Shallcross

Jesse Shallcross is a partner and head of Platt Richmond’s commercial real estate section. He represents businesses and entrepreneurs in complex real estate transactions – acquisitions, development, financing, construction, leasing and dispositions – across all asset classes, especially hospitality, industrial, office, retail and multifamily. Jesse has advised owners, developers, investors, financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies, with notable experience in CMBS loans, agency financing (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, SBA), mezzanine financing and preferred equity structures. Jesse previously practiced at two national firms with top-ranked real estate practices. He holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA from Notre Dame.
