John D. Fitzpatrick focuses on assisting clients in navigating the complexities of doing business in China, particularly with respect to general corporate compliance matters, contract and document reviews, and translations. In addition, he assists Han Kun Law Offices’ corporate practice with internal investigative and corruption-related inquiries. He has worked with clients in the consulting, technology, retail and automotive industries, among others. He holds a US Bar licence, is a US-certified public accountant, and also has previous Big Four accounting experience in the USA.
