About Yanhui (Candice) Li

Yanhui (Candice) Li is a counsel at Han Kun Law Offices. She specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a special focus on shareholder disputes, commercial contract disputes, securities disputes and insolvency proceedings. She acts for a broad range of clients, including international companies and well-known enterprises in different industries such as manufacturing, engineering, automotive, securities, food, cosmetics and distribution. She regularly represents clients in complex disputes before the PRC’s Supreme People’s Court and high people’s courts. She is a member of the China Bar.
