About Kees Jan Kuilwijk

Kees Jan Kuilwijk has headed the Brussels office of Liesker Procesfinanciering since 2019. Kees has over 25 years’ experience as a lawyer specialised in competition matters. He started his career in the Netherlands and subsequently moved to Brussels to join Hogan Lovells followed by Herbert Smith Freehills. In recent years, his practice has become focused on acting for affected businesses in follow-on cartel damages claims and for consumers and businesses in collective actions. This has involved developing creative funding solutions that enable clients to litigate, should they wish to do so, on a no win no fee basis.
