About Alberto Testi

Alberto Testi is a founding partner at Zambelli & Partners. Alberto has extensive experience in in-court and out-of-court litigation relating to employment, unions and social security issues. He also has experience in procedures for the transfer of businesses and in the planning and implementation of restructuring plans. These include the reorganisation and downsizing of domestic companies and Italian subsidiaries of international groups. He has in-depth knowledge of trade union laws. He is an established lecturer at conferences and is the author of several books on employment law and trade union issues. He is a member of the AGI (the Italian Labour Lawyers Association) and the AIDP (the Italian Personnel Managers Association).
