About Barbara Grasselli

Barbara Grasselli is a founding partner at Zambelli & Partners. Barbara has significant experience in employment law and industrial relations. She advises domestic and foreign clients in implementing and managing personnel restructuring plans, in dealing with business crises, as well as in procedures involving the relocation of businesses. She assists clients in labour-law issues at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages. She has wide experience in agency relationships, thus assisting clients in drafting agency contracts as well as in managing the relevant litigation. Barbara is the author of several books on employment law and trade union issues. She lectures at seminars and conferences.
