About Bradley Rose

Bradley Rose is the firm’s managing partner and co-founder. For the past 30 years, he has specialised in the litigation and transactional needs of multinational companies engaged in the global transportation of goods and people. With a specialty in maritime and transportation law, Bradley routinely represents international shipping companies, cruise lines, third party logistics and trucking companies, and their insurance underwriters. He has defended ship-owners in large-scale pollution matters, labour strikes and contractual disputes. Bradley serves as Associate General Counsel for Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and has acted as lead trial counsel in several mass casualty lawsuits.
