About Adina-Cristina Georgescu

Adina-Cristina Georgescu specialises in administrative, municipal, urban planning, environmental, and energy law at Miller Thomson LLP. In environmental law, she advises on private nuisance, regulatory compliance, environmental authorisations, soil characterisation, contamination notices, and waste management. Adina-Cristina is active in leadership roles, serving on the board of directors for APL Énergies and as chair of the Quebec chapter of the Canadian Property Tax Association since 2016. Additionally, she is a board member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Municipal Law Section, contributing expertise to various professional bodies and guiding clients through complex environmental and regulatory issues.
